A BUS FULL o' FuN!

Oh, if you could have seen this bus in person. The picture doesn't accurately show how WEIGHED DOWN this bus was full of supplies for Noel. It's a miracle that it made it all the way to Gisenyi, actually. I have no doubt the tires--and possibly the engine--had to be replaced after this road trip.

And, with this bus full o' fun, came alot of love and blessing from all of you. So, I'm officially starting a series of blogs on the projects we were blessed to complete while we were in Rwanda.

So many donations, so many fun ideas, so many blessings were given by our donors, and our friends, and our family. We hope you enjoy seeing the fruit of your giving!

As we unpacked all of these donations, it took quite a bit of organizing it all to get it ready to hand out.

Everyone chipped in to help, and we were VERY glad to have two of the bedrooms at Tara's awesome guest house to use for organizing.

And, of course, Amy B, who is our Organizer Extraordinaire, worked hard to get everything in its place.

As we looked over all of the things that so many had contributed to, we had one thought: HOW did we bring this much stuff?? And, HOW are we possibly going to distribute this out to all the children and staff in an orderly way?

I will say, it is hard to be fair, equal, and methodical with 600 children, especially when they are eager (desperate) for new things to call their own. There were times when just the distribution alone was exhausting. But, so so SO worth it.

Just wait and see. You have blessed these kids in mighty ways!
