UPDATE #2!! One of the recent events that is worth remembering in my blogworld is my sweet Cailee D's highschool graduation & 18th birthday!! This is the sister who I brought to college with me as a FOUR YEAR OLD!! She went to class with me, stayed up until midnight, ate in the Bean, and met lots of college kids (some who even shared their bike with her...at midnight...in the dorm hallway. :) Anyway, I digress.
This same baby sister who I woke up with at night as an infant, who I carted around town as a toddler, and who I've watched grow into a beautiful young woman...graduated from HIGH SCHOOL this year!
It was fun to celebrate all that she has accomplished in her school years (which was alot!), and also to be with her as she nears the end of one chapter in her life. Here come the college years, baby!!
And, you better watch out, college men, because THIS is just a taste of what you'll have to deal with to get to our Cailee!! (scared, aren't ya?) I actually love this picture of the 3 b-i-l's with their little sis. :)
And, here is Cailee with most of her biggest fan club around. The nieces and nephews! (Minus Braden & Abby Kate, who were wisely home with a babysitter during graduation. :)
I absolutely love this picture of Kendyll...although I know it will be way too soon when she is wearing this hat herself.
After graduation, we had dinner, dessert, and gifts...One of the only pictures I got was Cailee opening her "super cool" sister gift, from the three of us. How cute is that?! (And, it's full of fun stuff that you can't see in the picture.) Seriously. You can see her mouthing the words "This is sooooo cool, sisters." Okay, so really, she got much cooler gifts...like money, a new computer, and a big digital camera....but we sisters still like to claim that ours was the best. :)
A few days later, we partied on for Cailee once again! This time for her 18th birthday...at the ballpark!
The boys had their watching party...
The girls had their baby party...
And, Cailee got the birthday party...
The girls had so much fun sweating, eating, and playing. Here are a few of my favorites of them...
It was a fun week of celebrating our Cailee D. Cailee, I am so incredibly proud of you and am so eager to see what the Lord has in store for you in the coming years. I am so thrilled to see that He is already answering your prayers about this transition to ACU, and I know that it will be a huge blessing in your life. He has given you such amazing gifts and talents, and I can't wait to watch Him mold and shape you even more, as you leave home and begin a new journey! I am so glad that you are my baby sister, and I'm so thankful that you are such an amazing role model for my three girls. We love you so much, and were so honored to celebrate these huge events with you!!

Absolutely Adorable!
What fun!
Must know, where are those adorable red dresses from? :)
JB -- Those dresses were actually from the H&M store in Chicago!! That store is amazing...way cheap and very cute! Why don't we have one in Texas yet?!
