The annual tradition of celebrating the Fourth at the Ranch continued on this year. (How many years is it now, Mom?) This year involved some Canton shopping and antique store browsing for the women, fishing for the guys, and unending playtime for the kiddos. There was lots of eating. sweating, swimming, lounging, and the BEST Papa Ron fireworks show we've had yet!
We got to try out the new AWESOME swingset/fort/treehouse masterpiece that Uncle Adam designed and built! It was so fun! (Mark and I even tried the swirly tunnel slide!)

The cousins had fun together the whole weekend, and were pretty pooped by the end of each fun day. Here they are after PJ's were put on. Look at those faces!
Believe it or not, there were quite a few more people there too than what my pictures show. I will admit...I was a LAZY camera woman this weekend, and most of these pictures weren't even taken by me either! I mean, we didn't even get one sister picture of the four C's...so you KNOW we were lazy if that didn't happen! I'm sure my sisters have many more cute pictures of the whole gang (including baby Caleb & baby Avery), but here are a few I have of at least our three little firecrackers. :)

Wow! I haven't been blog surfing in several days, so I had A LOT to catch up on. Good job recapping your summer! Your VBS pictures really covered a lot of ground, but there is one thing missing in your pictures...SEAWEED! I need Steph and Amy to know how much seaweed was on the wall and how it reminded me of individual blades of grass. :-)
Why, oh why, is there not a picture of Mark trying to slip n' slide?
And, I can confirm Carlie's bloated stomach...truly hilarious!
