Baby Kicks

The kicks have started. And, I love it! They're pretty tiny right now, but they're certainly baby kicks! I've forgotten how much I enjoy that part of pregnancy. Well, that is until they start really jabbing you in the ribs. :) Anyway, I usually put most of my baby updates on the baby blog (ourbabyblessing.blogspot.com), but I was tired of looking at Kendyll and Carlie's stroller pictures from my last entry and didn't have much else to say, so that's my blog for tonight!

Yeah for Little Baby Jacobs!

How fun! That's so great to hear that those first kicks are just as exciting with each baby. :)

I can't wait to hear if it's a boy or a girl. Call me a synic, but I got to the point of not believing anyone's theories. None of those old wive's tales were true for me (heart rate, how you carry it, morning sickness, etc).

Either way, what a great addition to this fun family this baby will be!

That's so exciting! I think to hear about baby kicks with this one is even more special...not that the other two weren't special:) But it has been a neat journey through this pregnancy!

I can't wait, either, to find out what this little one is...just a little while longer:)

Love you

That is exciting! Even more exciting is that I had a dream last night that you had a BOY!! In my dream, Mark was out of town when you had the baby, so I was in there and you asked if I would "look it up" when it was born to see if it was a boy or girl. It was a boy!! Who knows...maybe my dreams have meaning!

However, right after that I had a dream about "Wild Bill." He had a new prosthetic leg which he was very proud of. I don't know where that came from, but it was good to see his smile (even in a dream!)

Okay..random! Love you!

Cort, if there is anyone who I would trust to have "accurate" dreams, it would be you. :) Maybe they're similar to your detailed memories, and you'll be right about this too!! Let's keep our fingers crossed! :) I, too, have dreamed it was a boy, but it came out VERY ugly. Ugly hair and really wrinkly. I wasn't too excited after that dream. Now I get to be the one who worries like you did during your pregnancy...what if my baby is not as cute as BRADEN BOY?!?! Hee hee.

OK, I have news for you. If it IS a boy, there's a chance it won't be as cute as your girls....at first. I rarely see a baby boy (mine included) that you would describe as "a pretty baby." That probably sounds harsh especially when I lump my own son into that but it's true. And then they get to be about 3 monthes old and are soooo darn cute...and still are 2 year later. Hope it's a boy!

Yeah for little kicks! Can't wait to find out if your little soccer player is a girl or boy... no matter what... we love him/her already!

I just read your other blog and can't help but wonder if this will be your subdued child...you know...3rd times the charm:)

Cass, are you using the word "subdued" to describe yourself??? I didn't realize that was on your personality profile description. Ha ha. BUt, yes, those third children are definitely cute at least. :)

And, yes, I AM hoping for my quiet and calm third child. Surely God knows that I need a break from the energetic kind! Just kidding! I love my crazy girls. :)

I wasn't saying that I was subdued...I was meaning that somehow, the 3rd child brings completeness to the family:) We needed some spunk but you need some sanity:) I love the girls too...and I LOVE their spunk.

Yea! That's so fun. I can't wait until you find out what it is. If we ever had a surprise third (which we BETTER NOT EVER) then I think I'd wait until I deliver to find out!!

So fun! I didn't really enjoy pregnancy, but I loved feeling her move. I miss that part.

Oh, I miss baby kicks! I believe that baby kicks are the most amazing part of pregnancy. So glad that everything is continuing to go well.

I'm glad you enjoy the kicking! That part and wathching their hands move across my stomach and watching my belly make odd shapes when they moved around always freaked me out. Can't wait to hear what he/she is!

I LOVE that feeling and really miss it. You are making me wish I could have another one!

That is the best feeling! And always made the worrier in me feel a lot more reassured that things were going on in there like they were supposed to be.

When do you find out???
