Seriously belated...but still cute....here are our little 50's girls in poodle skirts.
We had visits from Pops and Grandma, and Gammy and Papa Ron, and then went to see Grandad and Grankay too. So, lots of fun with grandparents this year!
We had our traditional breakfast for dinner......and also added a new festive drink Kendyll found...Swampwater Punch. She was so excited to "trick" everyone with this yucky lime green drink. :)
We had my sisters and families over for trick-or-treating and attempted some quite humorous group pictures.
Abby Kate was a trooper on halloween. She had a fever virus and wasn't feeling too great. She did have a few meltdowns, but once she started trick-or-treating, she found the joy in the holiday. It's spelled M-&-M-s. :)How cute are these cousins?? A skunk...
A cow (with candy!)...
And a cowboy...
After lots of good trick-or-treating in TWO neighborhoods, we got to see the best treat of the night....my dad's new wheels!! Don't the girls look like they should be riding with Fonzie from Happy Days? I love it!! Grandad's bike is very cool and retro, and maybe someday I'll be brave enough to let my girls take a spin around the block. :)
And while we're on the subject of pumpkins & October events, I'll also share the pics from the pumpkin patch with our cutie cousins, Sophie and Ty...
I guess this was a game of "hurdle the pumpkins"? Look at that form! Maybe it's in her future, Grandad!Look at this cute little wagon-rider!!
And, Sophie, Carlie, and Kendyll played "store" with all the pumpkins. Maybe they would have been better at setting prices than the owners of this place. AMAZINGLY ridiculous for a pumpkin, I tell you.
The highlight of Abby Kate's day was finding Dora and hugging her a few dozen times. :)
I guess the pumpkin patch fun was inspiring, because it continued at home, when Kendyll decided to turn our back yard into a fall carnival, complete with crafts, snacks, a bounce house, games, and tickets...that girl knows how to plan a party. :)
Well, better late than never! Happy Halloween on November 19th!!
And, I'll leave you with some sweet, tired trick-or-treaters...hopefully you weren't so bored reading this "old news" that I put you to sleep too!! :)

Chels,
The girls look so cute in their costumes! I love the glasses! I can't wait to see them (and you too)! Only 3 more weeks tomorrow and we will be on a plane headed for home!! Yippie!! Trinity is ding to see Kendyll too! Hopefully it won't be too crazy and we will get to spend some time together!
Love you, friend!
Honey
Nice spelling. Trinity is "dying" to see Kendyll... not "ding".
The girls are growing so fast! They need a reunion with their other sister clan asap!
Okay...I need reasons for the FB indecision. I'm stubborn, huh?
