I've been away from blogland for a couple of reasons.
First, our sweet Abby Kate got a stomach bug. And, we are still dealing with the "results" of her messed up digestive system. She also has gained four or five new teeth in the last week or two, and has about four more breaking through. Needless to say, with all of that, she has been glued to my hip...and has now decided that she doesn't like food all that much.
But, still she finds a way to smile that cute AK smile...
(Is there anything better than wet-from-the-bath pictures? And, could she look any more like Carlie?)
The other reason for less computer time lately, is because this weekend, we got to do some playing with him...
and a whole lot of cuddling with her...We got to have Braden and Avery for part of our weekend, and had the best time with our little family of seven. We even braved TWO restaurants with five kids. We decided that five under the age of six is a handfull, but entirely too much fun when they are nieces and nephews that you don't get to see enough (and that you get to give back! ha ha). It was pretty fun to watch people's faces when we walked in somewhere, as they mentally calculated how in the world we could have that many toddlers. I'm sure we were quite the sight. And, actually, when Adam and Cortni came home, we did the calculations. And, scary enough, we really COULD have a 6, 3 1/2, 2, 1, and 2 month old in our family. CRAZY!! I have to admit, the cuddle time sure did make me miss having a baby around here. :) But, don't worry, we'll just continue to borrow someone else's. Cort and Adam, your kiddos are PRECIOUS. Jodi and Cassie, when are the other cousins coming for their camp time??

Love your new pics on the header. So cute!
I'm thinking a family of 7 just might be your lucky number! :)
They are all so cute. Glad the girls got some cousin time :)... You could probably handle a family of seven... I am GREAT with my family of 5!
I love the pictures on your header...they are fantastic! That's one way to get all 3 girls smiling and looking good at one time. It sounds like you had a fun weekend being aunt Chelsea and uncle Mark. Did the mini-van arrive yet?
