Yesterday was hat day at school. Although at least half of the school DID NOT participate, my girls still loved their hats and wore them all day. Carlie's hat looked different every time I saw her, and she wore it backwards all through chapel, but she sure is cute in her "Shortcake" hat. Kendyll got a surprise visit from Grandma with a special chick-fil-a lunch delivery, which absolutely made her day. The best part was that she got to leave after lunch and go home with Grandma for a sleepover. She was absolutely giddy.
On another note, we have officially started the decision-making process on school options for our little kindergartener-to-be (even though the prayer process was begun long ago!). We had our first open house for one option last night, and I am overwhelmed by the excitement I feel about this road we are starting down. Especially if you are family, we would love to have your prayers as we make such big decisions for our precious Kendyll....and for our family. I'll have more to blog about later on that topic, I'm sure....
I hope everyone has a great weekend. We will be spending alot of it with our extended family, as we celebrate Lil' Mama's life together. It will be a blessing to all of us, I'm sure.

Cute hats...but...ummm...did you notice that your girls weren't matching? HeHe, just playing. I tried calling to tell you this but MY Great-Grandmother passed away yesterday. She was an incredible woman. I think Little MaMa and Grandma Eubank will have a grand time in heaven together.
Is the first picture the girls' hip hop pose?
Little girls in baseball caps is so cute.
I TOTALLY understand what you're going through with trying to make a school decision for your little girl.
Gracie is in 1st grade now and making that K decision was truly one of the hardest ones we've ever had to make. We've been happy with our decision but we try to "keep on our toes" about what's going on because we reserve the right to make a change if we need to.
You are making me miss Sunshine School with all those cute pictures of the girls in their hats!
Keep us posted on the school decision process -- I can't believe we are getting kids old enough to be in big school soon!
Chelsea-
Decisions like this can be so hard. I think it is wonderful that you having been praying about this for so long. God will show you what His Will is for Kendyll's schooling. I am anxious to hear how your prayers are answered.
