An Amazing Trip!

Well, we're back! I've sat down many times thinking I would have time to update the blog, but it has been pretty crazy since we arrived in Dallas on Sunday. We hit the ground running and I still haven't even downloaded any of the over 200 pictures I took! That will happen by the end of the week, I'm hoping. :)

The vacation was amazing. It's really so hard to describe or sum up in a blog, but we are so thankful for the time we got to spend away, seeing places we have never seen before, and spending great time with family.

Our trip began in London, then went to Barcelona, Spain (where the cruise ship was waiting!), on to France for two days, and then Italy for three, and back to London for this last weekend. What beautiful and historical places we saw in Europe! We now have a little taste for what we would love to go back and visit in more depth someday!

For now, however, we will enjoy being back home with our sweet girls and living "normal life" in Dallas. We missed our family and friends back here, especially Kendyll and Carlie. Ten days is a long time to go without those cute giggles and big hugs. We got plenty of them when we got home though!

I'll be back with more of our highlights from the trip. Other chores are waiting for me that unfortunately rank higher than blogging....like getting some clothes cleaned and a refrigerator restocked!

We're glad to be back and very glad to have gone on a great vacation getaway. Thank you all for your prayers for our safe travels!

Can't wait to see pictures! How much longer until you find out what you're having? I hope you weren't too tired on the trip. We went to New York when I was pregnant (very newly pg) and it was sooo tiring.

Anxiously awaiting!! :)
