I can't believe Chris just got voted off of American Idol. I'm in shock. He wasn't my top favorite (Katherine is), but I still thought the two of them would go all the way. Wow. Elliott is still there and Chris isn't.
Cortni, I'm sure you're giddy that Taylor was top two. It's probably from your thousand votes every Tuesday....

Scott and I died. I can't believe it. I had him picked to win (not that I ever take the time to vote...too much trouble). It's a crazy conspiracy I tell you.
My jaw dropped to the floor as well. I think Elliot and Katherine would be in the bottom 2, and Elliot would get voted off. You could tell Katherine was just as shocked as everyone else. Crazy!!!

I was in shock too (I think Chris was in shock along with the rest of America!). I totally thought Elliott was gone this week...you just never know!

I'm telling you, this is ONE show I really do think you would LOVE, and I don't think that about all of the shows you refuse to watch. You and Aus don't know what you're missing!! At least American Idol is musical entertainment. I still agree with you that Amazing Race is the best though, although this season has been a total snoozer to me.
YEA TAYLOR!! However, I actually haven't voted for him in a long while...at least 3 or 4 weeks! But I still do love him! I don't think he will necessarily win...but we'll see!!!!
As far as Chris goes...he wasn't (obviously) my favorite! He sounds the same on every song and sings with little to no emotion. You know...I'm on Soul Patrol :) He was good, and he will make an album anyway, and it will sell.

I couldn't believe it either. Did you see his face? You know he thought he was going to win. I did like him the most. I really like Taylor too. Katherine puts me to sleep. I was hoping that she would be gone.

Chels--even my first graders were talking about this yesterday...I was like "get over it..." just kidding...that's something Cortni would say to a kid:)
Anyway...I have watched it a couple of times so I do know who Chris is...great look, good sound...not much originality...see I can have an opinion about ANYTHING:) But I just CANNNOT get into the set up of the show...I love the singing...but I CANNOT stand the judges, etc. I know that's how it has to be...but it's annoying...I'll take Phil (Amazing Race) or Jeff (Survivor) over those judges anyday. Speaking of, did you see survivor? Talk about a shock:)
